About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment, using Python and AWS services.
- Lead a cross‑functional team in designing scalable data pipelines and model training workflows.
- Implement best practices for model monitoring, versioning, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations and maintain robust security controls.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong background in Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Proven expertise in AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, Glue, Redshift) and cloud‑native deployment.
- Hands‑on experience with data engineering, ETL pipelines, and big data technologies.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
