AI Engineer
Senior Lead AI Engineer driving end‑to‑end AI platform development—designing infrastructure, observability, governance, and tooling to enable scalable AI services across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the AI platform stack, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across all AI services.
- Lead platform decisions on infrastructure, observability, and governance, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align technical direction with business strategy.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and deployment automation (Terraform, Docker) for AI workloads.
- Define and enforce best practices for model versioning, monitoring, and compliance using tools such as MLflow and custom observability dashboards.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on platform usage, coding standards, and AI delivery workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Hands‑on experience with MLflow, model monitoring, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical strategy at senior levels.
- Experience leading large, cross‑functional engineering initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
