As a Lead AI Engineer at Scale Force Cloud, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and deployment of AI systems and cloud solutions. Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Abu Dhabi, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Lead AI Engineer, you will drive the design, development, and deployment of AI systems and cloud solutions. You will lead efforts in implementing machine learning models, optimizing large language models, and building scalable MLOps pipelines. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring technical excellence in delivering innovative AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, including Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Proven skills in Software Development and Computer Science fundamentals
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable MLOps and LLMOps solutions
- Experience with training and deploying GenAI workloads on the cloud
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with Agentic AI, large-scale data processing, and cloud-based AI architectures is a plus
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, or Vertex AI
