About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end MLX pipelines for generative and agentic AI services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust ML models and APIs.
- Lead model training, evaluation, and deployment using Python and state‑of‑the‑art frameworks, while maintaining rigorous version control and reproducibility.
- Establish best practices for responsible AI, including bias mitigation, explainability, and privacy safeguards.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing AI engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on generative and agentic AI.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and MLX platform tooling.
- Deep understanding of responsible AI principles, model governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading large, distributed AI projects and mentoring junior engineers.
