Lead AI Engineer driving end‑to‑end AI solution development, from requirement analysis to production deployment, using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and robust software engineering practices to deliver secure, reusable, and high‑performance models.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full software development lifecycle for AI projects, including requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and documentation.
- Architect and implement reusable, scalable AI models and pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Identify and mitigate security, usability, and performance risks, proposing and executing remediation strategies.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Deliver complex application features on time, maintaining accurate estimates and high code quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong background in deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and related ML libraries.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals: design patterns, version control, CI/CD, and testing.
- Experience with security best practices in AI deployments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
