About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions, from research prototypes to production‑grade systems.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in the design, deployment, and scaling of generative AI and LLM‑based applications.
- Write clean, maintainable Python code and implement rigorous testing and monitoring pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Communicate complex AI concepts and results to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on generative models and large language models.
- Hands‑on experience deploying AI models at scale, including model monitoring, versioning, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering production‑ready AI solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
