Lead AI Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine‑learning and deep‑learning solutions, guiding cross‑functional project teams, and driving AI strategy across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end AI solutions, including model design, training, validation, and deployment.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, define technical roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business problems into scalable AI models.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in model development and MLOps.
- Stay current with emerging AI research and technologies, evaluating their applicability to business challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics).
- Strong expertise in machine learning and deep learning, with hands‑on experience using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record leading AI projects from concept to production, including model deployment and monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while driving team collaboration.
