Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end GenAI and predictive AI solutions for large enterprise clients.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps to build scalable, sovereign AI pipelines on AWS.
- Collaborate with product and security teams to embed data privacy, compliance, and secure deployment best practices.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating cutting‑edge open‑source AI frameworks and libraries.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on production‑grade GenAI deployments.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), and cloud services (AWS).
- Deep understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and experience building sovereign AI solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading high‑impact technical teams.
