Lead AI Engineer driving end‑to‑end delivery of AI use‑cases, from prototype to production, while managing a small engineering team and ensuring high‑quality, scalable solutions on AWS with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end engineering delivery of a single AI use‑case from prototype to production.
- Lead a team of 4–5 engineers, allocating tasks, setting milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the AI Solution Architect to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable code in Python, implementing machine learning and deep learning models.
- Deploy models to production using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of production deployments.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and data engineering best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS (SageMaker, ECS, EKS) and container orchestration.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) and automated testing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
