Lead AI Engineer (FM Hosting, LLM Inference) at Capital One. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Engineer to lead our AI engineering efforts for FM Hosting and LLM Inference. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying AI models, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of AI models for FM Hosting and LLM Inference
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer experience
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and strategies for AI engineering efforts
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and machine learning

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AI engineering and machine learning
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes
• Strong technical skills in Python, Node.js, and AWS
• Experience with LLM Inference and FM Hosting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
