About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy large‑scale Generative AI applications that serve millions of end users.
- Design and implement experiments with cutting‑edge large language models, multimodal AI, and agentic systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing digital channels and ensure production‑grade performance.
- Lead technical mentorship, code reviews, and best‑practice adoption for AI engineering teams.
- Optimize model training and inference pipelines using cloud services, container orchestration, and scalable infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions at scale, preferably in financial services.
- Deep expertise in Python and modern deep‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and multimodal AI techniques.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) for model serving.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to lead technical initiatives in a fast‑moving environment.
