About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operationalise end‑to‑end AI/ML pipelines, including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance.
- Implement best practices for model monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement, establishing guardrails for reliability, fairness, and compliance.
- Mentor and coach data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of experimentation and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and security teams to integrate AI services into production environments and monitor performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of delivering production‑ready models at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI Platform).
- Hands‑on experience with Generative AI techniques (e.g., GPT, diffusion models) and large‑scale data pipelines.
- Deep understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
