About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the end‑to‑end development of AI services, from model training to production deployment on AWS.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Implement robust monitoring, security, and compliance practices for AI models in production.
- Drive continuous improvement of model performance through experimentation and data pipeline optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and best practices in AI engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on production systems.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS).
- Hands‑on experience with computer vision, generative AI, and real‑time decisioning pipelines.
- Solid understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead technical initiatives.
