About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end AI solutions, from data ingestion to model serving, ensuring scalability and reliability on AWS.
- Drive research and development of large language models and agentic AI frameworks, translating cutting‑edge research into production‑ready systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements, establish evaluation metrics, and iterate on model performance.
- Champion responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, explainability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Mentor and lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong background in LLMs and agentic systems.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and cloud services (AWS).
- Demonstrated ability to deploy large‑scale models in production, optimizing for latency and cost.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of leading high‑impact technical teams.
- Experience with responsible AI principles and regulatory compliance in financial services is a plus.
