Devops Engineer
Lead a team in building AI‑enabled, API‑driven microservices on cloud platforms, applying strong software engineering fundamentals, DevOps automation, and modernisation of legacy systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable AI‑enabled microservices using Python and Java.
- Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
- Lead the migration and integration of legacy applications into modern, cloud‑native platforms.
- Define API standards, ensure clean code, comprehensive testing, and high maintainability.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering best practices in software design and DevOps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in software engineering and DevOps leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in microservice architecture, API design, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Proficiency with containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) and automated CI/CD workflows.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Java, with a focus on clean, testable code.
- Demonstrated ability to modernise legacy systems and drive technical teams toward delivery excellence.
