Lead the design, deployment, and operation of agentic AI workflows for enterprise‑wide mission support, guiding a team of specialists while ensuring reliable, high‑quality AI‑assisted processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and launch agentic AI workflows that automate mission‑critical support tasks.
- Own the end‑to‑end integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance on AWS.
- Define prompt engineering standards and continuously refine model outputs to meet reliability and accuracy targets.
- Lead a team of AI support specialists, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and technical guidance.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and monitoring frameworks to maintain operational health of AI services.
- Act as the internal authority on AI capabilities and limitations, advising program stakeholders on feasible automation strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production AI/ML systems, with a focus on LLM‑based solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including serverless and containerized deployments.
- Strong background in prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning, and evaluation metrics.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing cross‑functional projects.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate mission needs into reliable AI‑driven workflows.
