Lead the design and implementation of agentic AI systems, extending frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI, while building secure, scalable cloud‑native solutions on AWS for production‑grade AI operations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop agentic AI platforms that can reason, plan, and self‑adapt while adhering to security and compliance standards.
- Extend and integrate frameworks such as Strands, CrewAI, LangGraph, and Agent Core to create reusable components for rapid agentic development.
- Design and deploy cloud‑native, production‑grade AI services on AWS, leveraging Lambda, ECS, S3, API Gateway, SageMaker, Bedrock, and related services.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and evaluation pipelines to track agent performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define APIs, data contracts, and deployment workflows that enable seamless integration of agentic solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML systems, preferably in agentic or autonomous AI domains.
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI libraries; hands‑on experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar agentic frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, API Gateway, SageMaker, Bedrock) and cloud‑native architecture patterns.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and scalability best practices for AI workloads.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and deliver production‑ready AI solutions.
