Requirements
- Strong background in electrical engineering and power systems.
- Proven experience with remote troubleshooting and field service in low‑voltage environments.
- Excellent communication skills for technical triage and escalation coordination.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Valid technical certifications (e.g., PE, Electrical Technician) preferred.
