Overview: You'll manage tickets, assist escalations, handle deployments, and support Windows-based networks and cloud solutions. Strong troubleshooting skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication are required. CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications are a plus, and a willingness to keep learning is a must. Responsibilities :
Manage and triage support tickets
Assist with escalations from Tier 1 & 2 engineers
Manage project deployments and configurations
Spearhead new client onboardings
Provide support for customer networks
Maintain complete technical documentation
Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
Design, deploy, and configure networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN)
Install and configure networking hardware, routers, switches, wireless, and firewalls
Design firewall configurations (NAT, PNAT, ACL, Content & Application Policies)
Design wireless configurations using SSID & authentication methods (LDAP, RADIUS)
Configure VLANs and network segregation
Monitor network performance and integrity; conduct regular network performance tests
Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability
Create and implement network security measures
Server and cloud management:
Design, build, maintain, and manage Server 2016+
Deploy physical and virtual server infrastructure
Manage Hyper-V, VMware, Failover Clusters, and HA environments
Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Print, File services
Design and administer Disaster Recovery Solutions and Infrastructure
Administer Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
Security management:
Implement security authentication methods (MFA, TOTP, SSO, Conditional Access, Zero Trust)
Detect and clean viruses and malware
Oversee and test security measures, including access authentication and disaster recovery
Workstation management:
Design, build, maintain, and manage Windows 10/1
