Systems Engineer
Senior L3 IT Support Engineer responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networking devices, and Sophos firewall solutions, ensuring high availability and security across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support enterprise networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement and manage Sophos firewall policies, monitor security events, and respond to incidents.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for end‑users and infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in L3 IT support or infrastructure management.
- Proven expertise in Windows Server, Linux, networking, and Sophos firewall administration.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑focused approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
