L2/L3 Technical Support Agent - Italian speaking
Formlabs is seeking a multilingual L2/L3 Technical Support Agent to provide technical and business support to direct customers, distributors, and resellers in the EMEA region, with a focus on Italian and English speaking markets. This role involves resolving technical issues, training customers on Formlabs printers, and collaborating with the global engineering team. The ideal candidate will be business-fluent in Italian and English with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
