L2/L3 Technical Customer Support Agent
Formlabs is seeking a multilingual L2/L3 Technical Customer Support Agent to provide technical and business support to customers, distributors, and resellers in the EMEA region. This role involves resolving technical issues, training customers on Formlabs printers, and collaborating with the engineering team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian and English, possess strong technical aptitude, and excel at customer interaction.
