About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 24x7 L1 support for production and staging cloud environments, ensuring rapid response to alerts and incidents.
- Perform core DevOps tasks such as system monitoring, log aggregation, and routine health checks.
- Analyze logs and metrics to diagnose and resolve application, infrastructure, and cloud‑service issues.
- Manage AWS accounts, track resource usage, and implement cost‑optimization measures.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to meet service‑level agreements and improve reliability.
Requirements
- Fundamental understanding of DevOps principles and cloud concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).
- Proficiency in monitoring tools and log analysis (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK, Splunk).
- Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
