Engineering Manager
Lead DevOps teams to design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters on Azure, building robust CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts to ensure seamless cloud-native delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional teams in architecting and implementing DevOps strategies for Azure‑based Kubernetes environments.
- Design, deploy, and maintain production‑grade Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, integrating automated testing, linting, and deployment workflows.
- Write and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) to streamline infrastructure provisioning and application deployment.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce best practices and audit requirements across cloud resources.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering with a focus on Kubernetes and Azure services.
- Proficient in Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipeline design.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automation.
- Hands‑on experience with container orchestration, monitoring, and logging in Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide technical teams.
