About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze service performance data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for SLA, KPI, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement process enhancements.
- Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders in Korean and English.
- Support incident and problem management workflows, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar data tools.
- Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
