Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of AI and machine‑learning solutions, build and maintain data pipelines, evaluate emerging technologies, and prototype innovative models to drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end AI and machine‑learning solutions tailored to business needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines for seamless integration with existing IT systems.
- Conduct technology scouting to evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, platforms, and tools.
- Prototype and validate new AI concepts, ensuring rapid proof‑of‑concept delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the CIO and cross‑functional teams to align AI initiatives with enterprise strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI engineering and machine‑learning solution delivery.
- Strong background in data integration and pipeline development.
- Hands‑on expertise with modern AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects from concept to production.
