About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Kenan Billing System (FX 2.x–5.x) modules for Amdocs/Comverse, Arbor/BP environments.
- Write and optimize Java and Perl code, including Shell scripts, to support core Kenan processes and operational tasks.
- Configure and troubleshoot JBoss application server deployments and Oracle database schemas, including PL/SQL procedures.
- Implement and consume Kenan API‑TS (DOM, HashMap) for data integration and service orchestration.
- Validate and transform data using XML, XSD, and JSON, ensuring compliance with billing standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve production incidents and improve system performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Kenan Billing Systems (FX 2.x–5.x).
- Proficient in Java, Perl, UNIX/Linux shell scripting, and JBoss application server.
- Strong background in Oracle database design, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
- Deep understanding of XML/XSD, JSON, and Kenan API‑TS (DOM, HashMap).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
