About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into user‑friendly wireframes and high‑fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
- Create interactive prototypes in Figma and Adobe XD to validate concepts and communicate design intent.
- Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Assist in the development of design documentation, style guides, and component libraries.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe XD, with a strong portfolio showcasing design process and outcomes.
- Solid understanding of interaction design principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
- Passion for solving complex problems in the legal technology space.
