Systems Engineer
Entry‑level Systems Engineer supporting design, analysis, and verification of marine robotics systems, using MATLAB, Python, C++ and CAD tools under senior mentorship.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in developing system architectures and functional specifications for underwater robotic platforms.
- Create and maintain models, simulations, and analysis scripts using MATLAB and Python.
- Support CAD modeling and mechanical layout work in SolidWorks or similar tools.
- Participate in requirements traceability, verification planning, and test execution.
- Document design decisions, test results, and engineering reports following company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
- Fundamental knowledge of systems engineering processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in MATLAB and Python for data analysis and scripting.
- Experience with C++ programming or similar object‑oriented languages.
- Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks) and basic mechanical design concepts.
