About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 1‑2 technical support for client environments both remotely and on‑site, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user provisioning, licensing, security policies, and collaboration tools.
- Assist senior engineers with network configuration, monitoring, and basic firewall rule management.
- Support endpoint deployment and management using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, imaging, and scripting.
- Participate in cybersecurity tasks, including patch management, vulnerability scanning, and incident response support.
Requirements
- Associate degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals).
- Fundamental knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Experience with endpoint management tools and basic PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with senior staff.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and documenting procedures.
