Junior System Engineer supporting 24/7 operations for ICAM systems, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting, monitoring, and user assistance across identity, credential, and access management services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain ICAM infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for identity, credential, and access management issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user access problems, including SSO, MFA, and LDAP integration.
- Collaborate with development teams to support integration of enterprise applications with ICAM services.
- Document incidents, solutions, and best practices in the knowledge base.
Requirements
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and LDAP directories.
- Familiarity with SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and MFA solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a 24/7 support environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
