About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced troubleshooting and technical support for end‑users and internal systems.
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and security settings.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives such as vulnerability assessments, endpoint protection, and incident response.
- Develop and maintain data analytics solutions, creating dashboards and reports to inform business decisions.
- Research, prototype, and integrate emerging AI tools to improve workflows and automation.
- Manage small‑to‑medium IT projects, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, or related technical roles.
- Fundamental knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience evaluating AI services (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI).
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and independent project ownership skills.
