About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ship full‑stack product features weekly, collaborating with founders and senior engineers.
- Integrate AI coding assistants and LLM‑driven components into the application stack.
- Maintain and enhance core systems for student records, academic tracking, and parent portals.
- Write clean, testable code in Python and JavaScript, using React for front‑end and Node.js for back‑end services.
- Deploy and monitor services on AWS, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript with experience in React and Node.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts and interest in working with Large Language Models.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment, and eagerness to learn new AI tools.
