About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑level IT support via calls, chats, and tickets for global users.
- Log, prioritize, and manage incidents and service requests in the ticketing system, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to Windows, MS Office, email, internet connectivity, and peripheral devices.
- Escalate complex problems to higher‑level support teams and track resolution progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global support team.
