Junior Product Manager - Laila (GenAI Chatbot)
As a Junior Product Manager for Laila, Linklaters' GenAI chatbot, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing the product roadmap. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to take features from concept to launch, focusing on user needs, product adoption, and continuous improvement in an agile environment.

Laila is Linklaters’ GenAI chatbot and the first of several GenAI products on the roadmap. As we push deeper into a development and growth phase, we are looking for a dedicated product manager for Laila.

You will work with the GenAI team to design and implement the roadmap for Laila, ensuring alignment with the Firm’s wider AI Strategy and roadmap. Putting our users first, we expect you to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of product managers, engineers, designers, as well as lawyers, to take each roadmap feature from concept to launch, breaking down user journeys into requirements, epics and tickets, and tracking product development all the way through to testing, release and ongoing improvement based on user feedback. You are an integral part of a team focussed on delivering continued functionality, adoption and use of Laila.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial product manager with a proven track record of designing and delivering technology solutions with tangible customer and business outcomes. You are the “Pioneer” archetype and thrive in the early stages of product development: identifying what opportunities to pursue and figuring out how to make a product that really works for its users.
We expect our Product Managers to possess a broad base of skills and knowledge spanning digital technology, strategy and business planning, user experience design, engineering and agile development practices. The ultimate success of your role hinges on your ability to increase adoption of Laila within the firm.
