Your role
We operate offices in 10 countries across Europe, and our close-knit Office IT team of four supports 400+ employees with care and dedication. As our Junior Office IT Engineer , based at our HQ in Amsterdam, you will be right at the heart of it: the go-to person for local and remote IT matters. Your work will be hands-on and meaningful from day one. You will make sure laptops are ready, tools are accessible, and systems run smoothly so your colleagues can focus on what they do best. You see every colleague as a customer, and you take pride in making their experience seamless: you listen, ask the right questions, and always follow up.
Your responsibilities include:
Supporting the smooth operation of all office IT infrastructure, including laptops, phones, software, meeting rooms, and network equipment.
Providing timely and effective technical support to colleagues: troubleshooting hardware and software issues, actively following up on tickets, and making sure users are genuinely satisfied.
Assisting with the full lifecycle of end-user devices, including procurement, configuration, deployment, and retirement.
Supporting IT onboarding and offboarding, including account creation/deletion and device provisioning, so every new joiner and leaver has a smooth experience.
Contributing to team projects that improve IT support — for example, creating documentation (handbooks, knowledge base) and helping implement new tools and processes.
Helping maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and providers, while developing your skills in SaaS applications and modern cloud environments.
Occasionally travelling to other European offices to support onboarding and provide on-site assistance when needed.
Who we are looking for
You bring curiosity, a genuine care for people, and the drive to learn and grow. Whether you are fresh out of school or have had your first taste of IT support, this is your opportunity to build a strong foundation in a dynamic, international environment . If you are eager to take ownership, ask good questions, and make a real difference to the people around you, you will fit right in.
You also bring:
Some hands-on experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or similar role: even through internships, studies, or personal projects.
