About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in routine inspection, maintenance and repair of a wide range of medical devices.
- Perform calibration and functional testing to meet MHRA and ISO9001/2015 requirements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, documenting findings and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, calibration, and repair activities in the asset management system.
- Support the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Technical aptitude with a strong interest in medical technology.
- Familiarity with MHRA guidelines and ISO9001/2015 standards is desirable.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high quality documentation.
