Software Engineer
Entry‑level Junior M365 Engineer role focused on supporting Office 365, Exchange, and Windows Server environments while handling server and network monitoring, troubleshooting, and basic infrastructure tasks.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to alerts on servers, network devices, and services using monitoring tools.
- Provide first‑line support for Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Windows Server issues.
- Assist with Active Directory tasks such as user provisioning, group management, and password resets.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing problems.
- Maintain service‑desk queues, acknowledge tickets promptly, and document resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement basic infrastructure changes and updates.
Requirements
- Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows Server concepts.
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and server hardware.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and the ability to interpret alerts.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with users and documenting incidents.
