About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and permissions across the enterprise.
- Utilize PowerShell and shell scripting to automate routine tasks and streamline operations.
- Provide on‑site and remote support for hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff.
- Assist with virtualization deployments (VMware/Hyper‑V) and monitor virtual machine health.
- Participate in project initiatives, contributing to system upgrades, migrations, and documentation.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with Active Directory and group policy management.
