About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and transform HR data from HRIS, payroll, and ATS systems using SQL and Excel.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to track key workforce metrics.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends in turnover, hiring, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL querying and advanced Excel functions.
- Experience building visualizations and dashboards with Power BI or similar tools.
- Understanding of HR metrics and basic statistical concepts.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
