About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Produce all‑source analytical reports on foreign military ground forces, including doctrine, equipment, and operational concepts.
- Analyze and integrate data from open‑source, signals, and human intelligence to assess platforms, sensors, armor, artillery, and C2 systems.
- Develop and maintain databases and geospatial visualizations that track motor transport, logistical support, and maintenance readiness.
- Support senior analysts by preparing briefings, technical memoranda, and exercise assessments for decision‑makers.
- Monitor emerging trends and updates in foreign ground capabilities and incorporate findings into ongoing analytical products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Defense Studies, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience conducting ground‑systems analysis, with recent work (within the last 2 years) in all‑source intelligence environments.
- Proficiency in data fusion, geospatial tools, and analytical software to produce clear, actionable intelligence products.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for briefing senior leadership and drafting technical reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary team and manage multiple analytical tasks simultaneously.
