Junior Electronics / Engineering Technician - Monte Sano Research Corporation

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and solder printed circuit boards (PCBs) for defense hardware prototypes.
• Operate and calibrate test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.
• Assist in functional and environmental testing of electronic subsystems.
• Document test results, maintain inventory of components, and support inventory management.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in electronics or related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of electronic circuits, schematics, and signal integrity.
• Hands‑on experience with soldering, desoldering, and surface‑mount technology.
• Familiarity with test and measurement instruments and data logging.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
