Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging, create collateral, and refine buyer personas.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and reporting on ROI.
- Maintain and grow the marketing database, ensuring data hygiene and compliance with privacy regulations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of demand generation or B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and data-driven optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for content creation and stakeholder collaboration.
