About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses to uncover patterns in customer and policyholder data.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for segmentation, propensity to lapse, and next‑best‑action recommendations.
- Write and optimize custom SQL queries to extract and transform data from enterprise data warehouses.
- Perform text analytics on unstructured data to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate analytical findings into product improvements.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and its data science libraries (pandas, scikit‑learn, etc.).
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and propensity modeling is a plus.
