About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to uncover trends and support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, finance, product) to define KPIs and track performance metrics.
- Assist in the creation of predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast business outcomes.
- Document data processes, maintain data quality standards, and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA) and SQL for data extraction.
- Experience with Python (pandas, NumPy) and basic statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team‑player attitude.
