Role Overview
Participate in consulting projects related to talent development and HR functions, change management, and organizational development. Research industry trends, process large volumes of data and documents, and conduct comparative analysis.
What You Will Do
Analyze information, structure it, and present it in a visual and clear format. Prepare supporting materials for communication with clients and other stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals for potential clients.

Requirements
- Higher education
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, consulting, psychology, or related fields
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
- Confident user of MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to learn quickly
- Adaptability and creativity in the workplace
- Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment
