About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and translate business requirements into actionable prompt designs.
- Develop, test, and iterate high‑quality prompts for language models, ensuring accuracy and relevance to mission objectives.
- Design and implement AI‑enabled workflows that integrate seamlessly with existing CBP systems and processes.
- Analyze prompt performance, gather feedback, and refine models to improve efficiency and decision‑making.
- Document prompt strategies, best practices, and maintain version control for reproducibility.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and experience with NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, spaCy).
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering principles and large language model behavior.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into clear, testable AI solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for working with cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices is a plus.
