We are a software development company based in Wrocław. We have been creating products for 16 years now, partnering with clients to deliver outstanding software solutions. We are not a product company, which means you'll get to work on a diverse range of projects and technologies.
Why are we opening this recruitment?
A few years ago, we started helping develop talents from their first steps. We organised bootcamps and met passionate people in the process. We are still collaborating with some of the great developers we met back then and have seen them grow within Monterail . We want to return to those times and help new, ambitious talent shape their careers with us, this time with a focus on the future of development: AI.
