About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI‑driven applications such as enterprise assistants, copilots, semantic search platforms, and automation systems.
- Implement LLM‑based solutions, including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and deliver end‑to‑end AI products.
- Integrate external APIs, corporate data sources, and backend services to create cohesive, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to define requirements and iterate on prototypes.
- Document architecture, code, and best practices for maintainability and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern AI frameworks.
- Hands‑on knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and RAG techniques.
- Familiarity with API design, data integration, and cloud services.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a passion for building user‑centric AI products.
- Good communication skills in German and English.
