About the role

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain embedded flight software for the T‑45 JSSA Integrated Product Team.
Provide sustainment support for block product lines, ensuring software reliability and compliance with aerospace standards.
Collaborate with multiple Operational Flight Programs to integrate new capabilities and resolve software issues.
Implement real‑time operating system (RTOS) solutions and perform code reviews to maintain high‑quality code bases.
Utilize version control (Git) and automated build tools to manage source code and streamline releases.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) with at least 2 years of software development experience; Master's degree with 1 year acceptable.
Proficiency in C++ and Python for embedded and flight software development.
Experience with embedded systems and real‑time operating systems in aerospace or defense environments.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
U.S. citizenship required due to the sensitivity of the program.
